Çavuşin → Rose Valley → Haçlı Kilise area → return towards Çavuşin

Love Valley Gives You More From a Short Stop
This is one of the biggest differences between the two.
Love Valley gives you more from 30–60 minutes.
You can visit the panorama without hiking and still understand why the valley is famous.
Rose Valley does not work quite the same way.
Yes, there are views around the area, but Rose Valley’s real value comes from moving through it.
If you only stop briefly and leave, you miss much of what makes it worth prioritising.
That gives Love Valley a real advantage for:

- people already doing another major valley walk.
If time is extremely limited, I would choose Love Valley as the quick scenic stop.

Rose Valley is about variety during the hike.
The scenery changes as you move.

Love Valley.
This is the easiest category to decide.
The Love Valley panorama is a destination in its own right.
You do not need to descend into the valley to understand what you are looking at or get the classic view.
Rose Valley is different.
I would not prioritise it just to stand at a roadside viewpoint.
If you are going there, give yourself enough time to walk.
That makes Love Valley much easier to add to a sightseeing day.
It also makes the two valleys work well together rather than competing for the same role.
Which Has More to See Along the Trail?
Rose Valley.
The wider Güllüdere network includes rock-cut churches such as Haçlı Kilise, Yovakim-Anna and Direkli/Kolonlu Church, depending on the branch you follow.
Love Valley is much more focused on the geological formations themselves.
So if historical stops matter as part of the walk, Rose Valley has the stronger advantage.
If churches themselves are one of your main priorities in Cappadocia, however, neither valley should replace Göreme Open-Air Museum.

There is no useful single difficulty rating because the experiences are too different.
The Love Valley viewpoint requires almost no hiking.
A Love Valley valley-floor walk is a completely different activity.

This depends on whether hiking is important to you.
If You Want One Proper Hike

Give it a real two-hour-plus block and use Love Valley only if you have spare time for the viewpoint.

If you already plan a proper Rose Valley hike, I would usually visit Love Valley from the viewpoint rather than scheduling another 1.5–2 hour valley walk.
